Let It All Hang Out

A photo can say 1,000 words, unless your computer died twice this year thus erasing all of your amazing inspiration folders. Hence doing the lovely Blair's tag was a little challenging. But here's what I found.

The rules are :

1. Go to the 4th folder in your computer where you store your pictures.

2. Pick the 4th picture in that folder.

3. Explain the picture.

4. Tag 4 people to do the same!

[Despite all of the awesome events of November 4th (election day) I still couldn't help but laugh & photograph this dog I saw hanging out the window in one of DC's funky neighborhoods]
