This Little Piggy Went to the Market...

What's better than biting into a cob of fresh sweet corn? Actually being able to see the person who grew it and the smile on their face as your purchase their produce even though at least 4 other stands are selling the same vegetable. It's that ability to interact with the nurturer and compare their products to everyone else's that makes the local farmer's market one of my favorite parts of summer. After all when the sun is shining and you're watching everyone barter for locally grown tomatoes with their dogs in tow while eating a fresh donut & drinking some nice strong simple coffee, how could you not be happy? I tried to convey my market through the photos below, I'm not overly pleased with them, but thought I'd still share. With the quintessential summer in mind I proposed the new poll to see what makes your summer officially summer :) (The latest poll results indicate you guys love jetsetting, picnicking, & reading vogue all day :)
